Bruce Wayne is a rich billionaire and playboy, and the alternate identity of Batman. He is a playable character in 3 LEGO Batman games.

Character Backstory

As a child, he witnessed his parents' murder and decided to devote his life to cleaning up the crime in Gotham City. He is a successful billionaire businessman and is the C.E.O. of Wayne Tech. The public thinks of him as an irresponsible playboy, but they do not know his secret, that of him being the crime fighter, Batman. He also has a trusted confidante named Alfred Pennyworth.

In LEGO Batman: The Videogame

In the first LEGO Batman game, although Bruce Wayne is technically the main protagonist through his alter ego Batman, players can unlock Bruce Wayne as a bonus character for 100,000 Stud Icon for use in Free Play mode after finishing any heroes mission. Bruce Wayne has no special abilities, and he uses his briefcase as a melee weapon.

In LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes

In LEGO Batman 2, Bruce Wayne once again serves as a bonus character. He also appears in the opening cutscene for the game, where he accepts the 'Man of the Year' award, and makes a brief playable appearance in between levels at the Batcave. Bruce can be unlocked for 125,000 Stud Icon after building his character door on the roof of Wayne Tower, after earning 45 Gold Bricks. He loses his suitcase, now using punches and kicks for attacks, but gains no new abilities.

In LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham

In LEGO Batman 3, Bruce Wayne returns as a bonus character, and can be unlocked for 25,000 Stud Icon after his character token is found in the Batcave. He retains all the same abilities from the previous game.
